The Story

For 15 years, I was a decorated deputy sheriff. Officer of the Year, Chief's Special Investigator, the whole nine yards.

On paper, I was thriving. Inside, I was dying.

PTSD, alcoholism, and substance abuse were destroying me from the inside out. I was successful by every external measure and completely empty on the inside.

I was drifting. And drift was killing me.

Then came rock bottom, the kind that leaves no room for denial. I got sober in 2019. But sobriety wasn't enough. I needed a system that would keep me on course even when life got hard.

So I built one. And it saved my life.
