How is this different from therapy?

Therapy helps you understand your past. Coaching helps you build your future. I'm not here to analyze—I'm here to help you construct systems that work. That said, therapy and coaching can work beautifully together.

What if I'm already successful?

Do you work with people in recovery?

Absolutely. I'm a recovering addict myself (sober since 2019). I understand the intersection of achievement and addiction. That said, you need to be actively sober—I can't coach someone in active addiction.

How long does coaching take?

One-on-one programs are 12 weeks. Group coaching is 8 weeks. But the frameworks you'll build? Those last a lifetime. This isn't a temporary fix—it's a permanent system.

What's the time commitment?

One hour per week for sessions, plus 1-2 hours for homework and implementation. If you don't have 3 hours a week to invest in building a life that matters, you're not ready.
